Welcome to BND PC. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products, computer systems, PC builds, and related services from BND PC.
By placing an order through BND PC, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.
1. BND PC Brand & References
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, references to BND PC, BND, BNDPC.com, Banned PC, or BannedPC refer to the same store or brand where applicable.
BND PC was previously known and branded as Banned PC. References to the former name in previous communications, invoices, customer records, social media accounts, warranty records, or other materials may therefore refer to BND PC.
2. Products & Product Information
BND PC aims to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability information.
Product images may occasionally be used for illustration purposes. Packaging, appearance, product revisions, or manufacturer presentation may differ slightly without affecting the advertised specifications or intended functionality.
Customers should review the specifications and information displayed on the product page before placing an order.
If a particular model, revision, brand, color, appearance, feature, or other characteristic is especially important to the customer, we recommend contacting BND PC before placing the order.
3. Component Availability & Substitutions
Availability of PC components can change frequently.
If a listed component becomes unavailable, BND PC reserves the right to substitute or upgrade it with an equivalent or better model at no additional cost to the customer, provided that the replacement maintains compatibility and does not reduce the advertised specifications or performance.
Equivalence will not be determined solely by price. Relevant factors may include specifications, performance, functionality, quality, and compatibility.
For components where a specific manufacturer or model is not stated, such as RAM or storage in certain PC builds, BND PC may use products from different reputable manufacturers depending on availability while maintaining the advertised specifications or better.
If the customer specifically requires a particular manufacturer or model, they should contact BND PC before ordering.
4. Complete & Custom PC Builds
Complete PC systems may be assembled after the order is placed.
Depending on the system purchased, BND PC may perform services including:
Component installation and assembly
Cable management
Cooling installation
BIOS configuration where required
Hardware and stability testing
Operating system preparation where applicable
Driver installation and basic system configuration where applicable
The exact testing and configuration performed may vary according to the system and components ordered.
PCs that are customized or assembled according to specifications specifically selected or requested by the customer may be treated as customized products for the purposes of cancellation and return eligibility where permitted under applicable law.

5. Component Compatibility
BND PC checks the compatibility of components included in complete PC systems assembled by us.
This may include considerations such as processor and motherboard compatibility, memory support, power requirements, cooling requirements, case dimensions, graphics card clearance, storage compatibility, and other relevant factors.
When purchasing an individual component separately, the customer is responsible for confirming that it is compatible with their existing system unless BND PC has specifically confirmed compatibility for that customer.
Customers are welcome to contact BND PC before purchasing if they require compatibility assistance.
6. Prices
Prices displayed by BND PC are stated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery charges, optional upgrades, additional services, or other applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.
Prices, promotions, and offers may change from time to time.
A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for, except in circumstances involving an obvious pricing, technical, or system error and subject to applicable law.
7. Pricing, Specification & Website Errors
Although we take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information, errors may occasionally result in an incorrect price, specification, promotion, stock status, image, description, or other information being displayed.
If a clear and material error is identified after an order is placed, BND PC may contact the customer to correct the information and determine how the order should proceed.
Where permitted by applicable law, the affected product or order may be cancelled if it cannot reasonably be fulfilled as advertised.
If BND PC cancels a paid order and the relevant product has not been supplied, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. Orders & Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has immediately entered processing or been finally accepted.
Orders may be subject to:
Payment confirmation
Product availability
Customer-information verification
Fraud or security checks
Compatibility checks for PC builds
Other reasonable order-verification procedures
BND PC may contact the customer if additional information or confirmation is required.
BND PC may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving suspected fraud, unauthorized or failed payment, incorrect customer information, unavailable products, obvious pricing or technical errors, or where fulfilling the order would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Where BND PC cancels an order that has already been paid and no product has been supplied, the appropriate refund will be processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
9. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include card payments, electronic payment methods, and installment or Buy Now, Pay Later services.
Available payment methods may change from time to time.
Where the customer chooses a third-party payment or installment provider, the transaction may also be subject to that provider's own terms, eligibility requirements, limits, payment schedules, fees, and procedures.
Approval decisions made by independent payment or financing providers are outside BND PC's control.
10. Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Shipping, delivery, order cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged or defective products, customized PC orders, and warranty claims are governed by our separate Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy.
Customers should review that policy before completing an order.
Products remain covered by all warranties and consumer protections applicable under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Where the applicable minimum warranty requirement for electrical and electronic products applies, the warranty period is no less than two years.
Complete PCs assembled by BND PC also include a complimentary 100-Day BND PC Assembly Warranty covering eligible issues resulting from BND PC's assembly, installation, and system-integration work.
The additional BND PC warranty does not replace, shorten, reduce, or otherwise limit the applicable warranty covering the components or any statutory consumer rights.

11. Windows, Software & Digital Licenses
Windows or other software may be installed on complete PC systems for configuration, testing, or customer convenience where applicable.
A paid Windows license is included only when specifically stated on the applicable product page, order, or invoice.
Unless expressly advertised as included, the presence of Windows or another operating system on a PC does not by itself mean that a paid license is included.
Software, activation keys, subscriptions, digital products, and third-party licenses may also be subject to the licensing terms and conditions of their respective providers.
12. Customer Data & Backups
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important files and personal data.
When a computer or storage device is submitted to BND PC for troubleshooting, inspection, repair, or warranty service, its data may be affected by diagnostic procedures, component replacement, drive replacement, operating-system installation, repair, or other required work.
Customers should back up important information before submitting a device for service whenever reasonably possible.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BND PC is not responsible for loss or corruption of customer data resulting from repair or troubleshooting procedures.
13. Promotions, Discounts & Free Gifts
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, free gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions stated with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise indicated:
Discount codes may not be combined
Promotions may apply only to selected products or quantities
Promotions may have specific start and end dates
Free gifts are subject to availability
Promotional benefits cannot normally be exchanged for cash
If a free promotional item becomes unavailable, BND PC may provide an equivalent or better alternative where appropriate or otherwise handle the promotion in accordance with its stated terms.
14. Fraud, Abuse & Unauthorized Use
The BND PC website and services must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
BND PC may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
Fraudulent activity
Unauthorized use of a payment method
Deliberately false information
Abuse of promotions, discounts, or purchasing systems
Attempts to interfere with the website's security or operation
Other activity prohibited by applicable law
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the BND PC website, BND PC branding, BND branding, BNDPC.com branding, former Banned PC branding, original written content, original graphics, photographs produced by BND PC, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to BND PC.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used in a misleading manner without permission except where permitted by applicable law.
Product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other intellectual property belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Third-Party Services
BND PC may use or integrate services provided by third parties, including payment processors, installment providers, delivery companies, communication platforms, or other service providers.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms, policies, eligibility requirements, and procedures.
BND PC does not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.
17. Limitation of Liability & Circumstances Outside Our Control
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BND PC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include significant courier disruptions, supply-chain interruptions, import delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread network or system failures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, BND PC will take reasonable steps to minimize their impact and communicate with the affected customer where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Privacy
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information are governed by the BND PC Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how their personal data is handled.
19. Changes to These Terms
BND PC may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our website, services, operations, policies, or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be made available through BND PC with the applicable last-updated date.
Updates will not remove rights that have already arisen from an existing order or under applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through BND PC are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable procedures and jurisdiction provided under Saudi law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any right a customer may have to submit a complaint to the appropriate competent authority.
